ShootZilla, a registered trademark of Mondayphotographer, uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. Heat mapping and session recording

Heat Mapping services are used to display the areas of a page where Users most frequently move the mouse or click. This shows where the points of interest are. These services make it possible to monitor and analyze web traffic and keep track of User behavior. Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later visual playback.

Hosting and backend infrastructure

This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable shootzilla.com to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of shootzilla.com. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Interaction with external social networks and platforms

This type of service allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of shootzilla.com.

The interaction and information obtained through shootzilla.com are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network.

This type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.

It is recommended to log out from the respective services in order to make sure that the processed data on shootzilla.com isn’t being connected back to the User’s profile.

Email access and email sending

ShootZilla, a registered trademark of Mondayphotographer, may provide services that allow you to get access to parts of your accounts with Third Party Email Services like Gmail. When you voluntarily choose to link your ShootZilla service with Third Party Email Services via OAuth, ShootZilla does not collect your username or password to link such Third Party Email Services to your ShootZilla account. 

When you connect an email account via SMTP, you will share with ShootZilla any usernames and passwords used in accessing those Third Party Email Services and ShootZilla will only use it for that purpose.

Any information that is shared through those Third Party Email Services via ShootZilla will be stored and shared with ShootZilla.  

ShootZilla does not allow humans to read the data coming from these Third Party Email Services, unless:
  • ShootZilla first obtained the user's affirmative agreement for specific messages;
  • It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse);
  • It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or
  • Your use is limited to internal operations and the data (including derivations) have been aggregated and anonymized.

The Third Party Email Services that we use are:

  • Google OAuth
    Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location shootzilla.com is accessed from and is connected to the Google network.
    Personal Data collected: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.
    Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy; Ireland – Privacy Policy. Privacy Shield participant.

User database management

This type of service allows ShootZilla, a registered trademark of Mondayphotographer, to build user profiles by starting from an email address, a personal name, or other information that the User provides to shootzilla.com, as well as to track User activities through analytics features. This Personal Data may also be matched with publicly available information about the User (such as social networks' profiles) and used to build private profiles that the Owner can display and use for improving shootzilla.com.

Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions performed on shootzilla.com.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
